  Lots of styles and new stuff every week or two, but a little more expensive than the other fashion stores! Large selection and variety, including an entire section of formal dresses.

  This store is always clean and pretty organized compared to fair oaks location. I was looking for a last minute dress and Naiya really helped me out! Thank you so much ☺️ Update: the dress I purchased -the strap to hold it up- literally ripped the day of my event 😭😭😭 I had only tried it on once and it looked okay when I purchased it. This dress cost me $129 & some change. Loved the look but not happy with the strap quality and panicking the day of my event. ☹️

  I have to say Denay and Jasmine at the Springfield Windsor truly made a loyal customer out of me. I unfortunately had a bad experience where another store helped me exchange a few items for size the day before but did not give me back my original receipt so that I could return the rest later. Without the receipt I was told I could only get my amount back on a gift card (mind you the original amount was more than $200). But Jasmine gave me the warmest welcome and Denay did not let me leave until the situation was rectified. I really appreciate the customer service they gave me and will keep coming back.
