  I had the most amazing experience at American Eagle, largely thanks to your representative, Emma. She caters to your customer base beautifully and made my fitting room experience exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her level of customer service is honestly some of the best I have experienced in a very long time. Emma is truly an asset to your team! Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was the complete opposite. I believe the representative’s name was Ashley, and the interaction was extremely disappointing. There was virtually no engagement with me as the customer. Instead, she spent the checkout process talking with two people standing to the right of the register, carrying on an unrelated conversation rather than giving her attention to the guest directly in front of her. The difference between these two experiences was striking, especially considering they happened during the same visit. Customer service should feel consistent from the fitting room all the way through checkout. Nonetheless, Emma truly saved the overall experience for me. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism deserve to be recognized. Thank you, lovely, for making my visit such a positive one! Please make sure Emma receives the recognition she deserves. ❤️

  I definitely see why this store only has a 3.7 star rating. The customer service is awful. The guy who works on the Aerie side walked by me twice before asking if I needed help, but greeted others as they came thru the door with information on promos. He argued back and forth with me when I asked him why and made it seem as if I was the problem. He then taunted me as I left the store. Wow! What a terrible experience!! I will never visit this store again!

  Please pay more attention to NOT sending customers home with a security tag as if gas is affordable right now!!!! Nothing offered/compensation for this inconvenience is wild to me.
