I come here every month multiple times actually was up here not even 5 days ago used my 20% for my bday and 5 off. I came up here and the manager Pam seems to be having a bad morning at 9:30 in the morning my number won’t popping up I asked if we could do my email she huffed and puffed said what is it and all of a sudden nothings popping up and she’s getting so frustrated she’s getting all fogged brain and then made me create a whole new account and when she put my number in it said number invalid and I said that’s because I already have an account. But the proceeded to make me make a new account I lost all my points and didn’t get my 5 odd like I should’ve. Btw i am a manager myself I understand having difficult transactions but frustrating yourself to the point you got everything messed up and getting mad at me cause you’re making simple mistakes ? Is absolutely crazy I tried to patient with her and not catch an attitude when the rules really should be reversed. Why am I giving the cashier respect and being disrespected all in the same sense? Worst experience ever and again I come up here multiple times a month.

Not happy that whoever thought putting the price tag STICKER on the foot of a felt bottom sandal was a great idea! Way to go ruining a $30 pair of sandals! Also, how about carrying more of a selection of Woman's extra small tops? As a petite lady, it's hard to find clothes in that store.

Love this place to go and get some retail therapy and not have to travel very far. I enjoy browsing this store and the prices are decent.
