- JWJason WittSep 23, 20265.0Thankful we have one of these in Roanoke. TONS of good stuff in here and the staff is always kind. I'm glad to support this place so we can continue to have a physical store with this kind of inventory and open later than most gun shops! Huge Ammo Selection, good prices and great customer service!
- ESElizabeth Shelton-ReedSep 11, 20265.0Very nice, helpful employees!
- AHArthur HughesSep 1, 20262.0The gun/ammo section of the store is poorly run, and part of the problem appears to be at the corporate level, and part appears to be at the store. As for corporate, I was disappointed with the selections available...In particular, I was hoping to see a .32 H&R revolver, and I was surpised to find only a couple in .38 and .22. They have .32 H&R online, but not in the store. That makes no sense to me as it's becoming very popular, especially for women. As for the store, I asked to speak to the gun/ammo department head (Jason), and the staff had no idea where he was and weren't interested in finding him. They were also dismissive and not helpful. Of note, I wasnt angry or looking for an argument. I just wanted to ask if he could approach corporate about the selections available. I ended up leaving without talking to anyone.
- TJThomas JohnsonAug 25, 20261.0It was first time I went to Sportsman warehouse. I’m an army veteran and just retired from corrections in Massachusetts. I spoke the young lady at the Canner and she looked at me like I had two heads. Very short with me and yes a of man color. Won’t go back there , thanks for the bad experience.
