I find it astounding there is no safety information for the user at all in the manual.

Absolutely abysmal company, customer service is a joke and everything, down to the appointments, becomes a massive inconvenience. If you have a calibration youd better make sure youve got at least 4 hours to kill. Save yourself the trouble and go with any other company.
