Alyssa did a FINE job of accepting our order and "taking dictation" regarding the message to be placed on our card. We actually needed to call in (after hours) to ensure that a small mistake we had made was corrected. The automated service we reached was just excellent. The customer service combined with the spectacular product is worthy of a 10 star review. Not only were they pleasant to deal with, they listened carefully to my request, made terrific suggestions and were incredibly accommodating in the delivery process. I only wish I lived in the Roanoke area so I could do business with George’s regularly. However, I will find excuses to order from them again. The attached picture doesn’t come close to capturing the beauty of the arrangement.

I live out of town, and was planning to visit my mother for her birthday, but at the last minute something came up and I had to cancel. My mother lives in the mountains, about 30 minutes from Roanoke easily. I called, asked if they could get an arrangement up there same day, and not only did they do that, it was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you George’s, you really helped me out in a pinch and saved the day!
