  Nice clean store, one of the workers I spoke to (Coco) was very nice and quite helpful. I will likely never go there for shoes myself (I wear M14), the only time a size 14 is there is if a pair was ordered online, and the person didn't like them. Otherwise it seemed men's up to 12 and some 13 available. The curse of massive feet.

  Worse manager ever I wonder who hired her since she is always ready to fight with customers but Staff was ok….manager was Really racist my gosh…I had my other Friends keep telling me that this DSW have worse manager but I never had any experience with her so I was going but now we all won’t go. She Don’t won’t to listen my explanation at all. Without even listening to me giving look .Just for $5 Birthday rewards… I wonder does is behave like this when American around no sure not but since I was Asian she behaved like… She was talking to other customers in lines that I am trying to do wrong without even trying to listen to me. Trying to humiliating me. That is why I return my items. It wasn’t about $5 rewards…It was about “Give respect take respect”. we are 100000 of Asians with SAME SURE names so please don’t tell me that … I am here from 30 years but never ever met this kind of racist manager EVER.. specially when she herself is different… When some is spending that kind of money.. They don’t lie for $5 Birthday rewards… worse birthday celebration I had.. spoiled my whole day… And tell DSW don’t issue rewards or coupons to Asians because you don’t like them.
