  I came in with my daughter on her birthday, and we had a great experience. The staff was super helpful and patient, especially when the storm rolled in and the power briefly went out while we were checking out. The outage caused the system to freeze, but the staff handled everything calmly and professionally. We were eventually able to complete our purchase, but still had to wait out the storm. The staff even offered us a place to sit on the benches in the back of the store while we waited. Great staff, great customer service, and great-quality products. High school was 25 years ago for me, so I’m really glad to see the style is still going strong! It was a fun trip down memory lane, and even better, getting to share it with my daughter.

  My husband and I walked in and found a pair of shoes perfect for an upcoming wedding. Stephanie was helping us and did not have it in our size, and the product was so new that only one of the two pairs was available online. She worked hard though to coordinate with us on a very tight schedule to make sure both of us had our shoes in time for the event, and they showed up with time to spare! We are always happy to shop here but this was such an above and beyond experience that Im loyal to this store for life!

  I've been here a few times for my child. Sometimes the staff is amazing and other times they act as though you do not exist. I actually left the store without a purchase my 1st visit, but had to return because I cannot find the item online . The reason I even gave it a 3 star is because I had to deal with a completely different person during an exchange and they were super helpful. I will not go to this location unless it's necessary.

  I was able to successfully return my shoes for a smaller size. The process was easy. The employees there were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back to purchase another pair. Thank you.
