  Absolutely first rate. Yes, you'll find a great selection of glasses, but even more importantly, you'll find Dee, a person that is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I could not have had a better experience. In today's hurry-up world, she is a true gift. Thanks, Dee, you made my day.

  I am honestly very disturbed. I purchased a pair of sunglasses on sunglass hut online on May 23. The glasses were supposed to be delivered on Friday, May 29. The website said that it would take two business days I left to go to Florida on June 10 and still had not received the glasses even though I spoke to them several times about delivery the glasses according to my ring camera were delivered on June 13. I was not home. I was in Florida visiting family and the glasses sat on my porch until I returned back home, which was J July 17. Sunglass hut has a one month return policy from the date of purchase, but I didn’t get the glasses until 2 1/2 weeks later and I was not there. I opened the glasses and I hate them. I went into the short pump store because I had been attempting to call the number for sunglass hut, customer service and I guess I was calling it after they closed which they’re only open till 530 during the week I work a 9 to 5 job so I’m not able to call during that time. I went into the short pump mall and I spoke to them and they gave me the sunglass Hart number explain to them what was going on and they just looked at me and told me to call the one 800 number I just felt like they could’ve done something more to help me knowing I have purchased several glasses from them. I am a platinum member for sunglass hut and they could’ve helped me. The glasses are brand new. nothing is wrong with them, but they didn’t even take the time to even try to help me. It was a young man helping me and they kind of brushed me off. I even had to call back because I didn’t understand what time it’s customer surface open still no real help on the phone but that they are open from 8:30 to 5:30 and I could go online and do a complaint there. There’s a link somewhere online, but you know not helping to me just not being courteous of my situation because here I am with some sunglasses that I hate that I spent almost $300 for and I did not get them until Friday because they were supposed to be delivered on May 29 and they were and I was gone and I just felt like the store just could’ve been a little more courteous to me knowing that I am a returning customer and I come in all the time and buy sunglasses from them. I will not be buying any more sunglasses from sunglass hut ever again, and especially the short pump store because they were no help and didn’t even attempt to help me even if they could and I’m not buying from online. I’m just not buying from sunglasses anymore because the delivery sucks the return sucks and the customer service sucks.
