- ALAli Lee3 days ago5.0I would like to give a special thank you to Dominic and Chetara at Sunglass Hut for providing such exceptional customer service! From the moment I arrived, this team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to give me all the information I needed and made the entire experience enjoyable and personal. A special thank you to Dominic, who went the extra mile to find the exact same glasses in the correct color so I could try them on. I truly appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail! And Chetara was absolutely wonderful as well. She brought out the connected demo version for me to try and play with, which allowed me to really experience the product and understand all the features. Also there was one more girl She was so sweet about checking on me She is such a beautiful girl — she honestly looks like Tyra, a top model! 😊 Overall, I received excellent service, great product knowledge, and genuine personal attention from everyone at this location. Dominic and Chetara truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me. Fantastic team and great-quality service! I highly recommend this Sunglass Hut location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- TPTy PhillipsSep 23, 20265.0Professional service. Didn’t plan on purchasing but the young lady took the time to understand my concerns and answer my questions concerning the Meta glasses. She wasn’t pushy. I bought solely on her personal care. I would have talked myself out of the purchase without her. Facilities were very clean too. All around great experience.

- LMLaQuita McMillianJun 3, 20265.0Chetara Coleman assisted me in purchasing a pair of beautiful Micheal Kors shades on 6/2/26 the Sunglass Hut Chesterfield location. The level of professionalism and patience she showed were remarkable as she skillfully navigated two customers at the same time. She shared her undivided attention to us both and proved to be a great asset to the Sunglass Hut organization. Following a thorough description and demonstration I looked forward to purchasing additional eyewear (Oakley Meta Sunglasses) from Chetara in the future. I’m truly thankful for her kindness and commitment to customer care.
