  It’s a good mall plenty of stores and lots of variety. However, after consideration and many years looking at the new fountain I have come to the decision that it’s not my favorite. The old fountain just had so much more whimsy. Now it’s just a corporate fountain that I feel does not give to the environment. The large pump on top is my favorite and the pumps that are now there just don’t hit the same. Pictured below are the old and new fountain.But otherwise great mall.

  Nothing really there that interest me in the form of stores (that's because of me, not them), but the atmosphere is nice and I'm very happy to see they became pet-friendly. It's a nice place to relax

  The exterior of the mall was clean and displayed beautiful plants & flowers. The ponds/water features were clean and weel kept also. I really enjoyed walking around outside Saturday evening and soaking up the natural beauty.

  Short Pump Town Center is easily one of the best shopping destinations in Virginia! The outdoor layout is beautiful, clean, and makes for a relaxing place to spend the day. There’s an excellent variety of stores, from high-end brands to popular favorites, along with plenty of great restaurants and cafés to choose from. The entire center is well-maintained, parking is convenient, and it always feels safe and family-friendly. Whether you’re shopping, grabbing a meal, or just taking a stroll, the atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to spend a few hours, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors!

  Ticky tacky with some "fancy" stores. They did away with the indoor food court, so there are very few places to just grab a quick bite and a drink. It also means that everything is outside. There is literally no indoor space to be in that isn't a shopping area. I know it's a mall, and shopping is the point, but I feel like if there is somewhere to go that was dry and climate controlled without pressuring you to buy something, would give people a chance to rest so they can do more shopping. Instead of the alternative, which is just to go and try to tough out the heat until you can't take it anymore so you leave. Also, we went on a sunday, which meant that Chick-fil-A was closed. There may be other places, but I didn't see anywhere else that looked remotely like quick service. Weird tasting teriyaki chicken is one of the best things about going to a mall.
