  Considering they’re operating out of a temporary storefront while the new location is being built downstairs, this team is doing an impressive job. The space is smaller, but it’s clean, well organized, and stocked with all the brands essentials. It never felt like the experience was compromised. What really stood out was the team. Everyone offered friendly, low-pressure engagement, encouraged the fitting rooms, happily answered questions, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping. I spoke with one of the leaders who mentioned they’d been with Lululemon for nearly 16 years, and their enthusiasm for the brand was contagious. You could tell they truly believe in what they’re representing. After visiting a few other stores with similar products, the contrast couldn’t have been clearer. This team doesn’t just sell the brand, they live it. They deliver the kind of welcoming, polished experience that makes shopping at Lululemon feel different. Kudos to everyone for keeping the energy high, the standards even higher, and reminding us that exceptional service is every bit as important as the clothing itself.

  While I was looking around and trying things on, I couldn’t help but notice an associate circling around the front of the store when a number of black customers enter. Once they left, she went to the back near the register to socialize. There’s a previous review about this odd behavior and it seems the owner/company hasn’t responded, which only strengthens my sentiments about this location. Perhaps practice better discretion if you’re going to profile your clientele.

  RACISM is a major issue at this location. I walked around and watched as the white employee greeted every single white woman in that store and kept walking straight past me and my black boyfriend, even while making eye contact. A couple of white girls were walking in directly behind me and my boyfriend. She deliberately didn’t acknowledge us, but immediately and enthusiastically greeted them and asked how they’re doing. Not to mention, it seems like all employees share the same three brain cells, Nobody is helpful. Everybody just looks around staring like it’s their first day on the job. If you need a fitting room, they’ll just stare at you. If you look lost, they’ll look at you dead in your eyes, then walk the other direction, I am so confused by this location. talking to any of the employees felt like pulling teeth, side eyeing, rolling eyes, short cold responses or none at all. I will never understand why teenagers punish the customers for a job THEY applied for. I am PROUD to say lulu will NEVER get a black cent from me again. Rude hateful location. Keep your black dollar away from here, they don’t care about us. The hatred is HEAVY and unfortunately I left feeling upset & unwelcome while I was having a good day prior.

  Lululemon ended up being a pretty easy store to shop in because the layout just makes sense the moment you walk inside. The store sits on the ground level of the outdoor mall, and even though the footprint is not huge, everything feels organized without being crowded together. You’re not constantly weaving around displays trying to figure out where things are. As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I probably pay more attention to operational flow and space design than most people do, and this location is laid out really efficiently. The selection was solid too. Plenty of activewear, accessories, and different styles without the racks feeling overloaded. Sometimes athletic stores can feel chaotic once they get busy, but this one stayed pretty relaxed. The staff was super friendly and quick to help with sizing and materials without hovering around every thirty seconds asking if you need help. Funny enough, while working later on the Maui Desire Romance Series, I realized athletic and travel clothing shops sneak into scenes pretty naturally because vacation and movement are such a big part of those stories. Really clean, well-run store with a comfortable atmosphere and an easy shopping flow.
