  RACISM is a major issue at this location. I walked around and watched as the white employee greeted every single white woman in that store and kept walking straight past me and my black boyfriend, even while making eye contact. A couple of white girls were walking in directly behind me and my boyfriend. She deliberately didn’t acknowledge us, but immediately and enthusiastically greeted them and asked how they’re doing. Not to mention, it seems like all employees share the same three brain cells, Nobody is helpful. Everybody just looks around staring like it’s their first day on the job. If you need a fitting room, they’ll just stare at you. If you look lost, they’ll look at you dead in your eyes, then walk the other direction, I am so confused by this location. talking to any of the employees felt like pulling teeth, side eyeing, rolling eyes, short cold responses or none at all. I will never understand why teenagers punish the customers for a job THEY applied for. I am PROUD to say lulu will NEVER get a black cent from me again. Rude hateful location. Keep your black dollar away from here, they don’t care about us. The hatred is HEAVY and unfortunately I left feeling upset & unwelcome while I was having a good day prior.

  As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and Maui Desire Romance Series novels, I pay attention to how retail spaces are designed, and Lululemon is a well-executed location. The store sits on the ground level of the outdoor mall and uses its space efficiently. The layout is compact but clean, with clear sections that make it easy to move through and find what you need without wasting time. The selection is solid for the size. A good range of activewear and accessories is available, and nothing feels overpacked or hard to access. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. They are quick to help with sizing, materials, and fit without being pushy, which keeps the experience smooth. It is a straightforward, well-run store that delivers exactly what you expect with good organization and reliable service.

  After a 300+ lb weight loss, I was looking for athletic wear. Lululemon Short Pump was my first store. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Nikki, Cheyenne, and Maddie were extremely helpful as I tried various styles and sizes to find what was comfortable. They spent quite a while with me all while helping other customers too. I was nervous going in, but they made me feel so confident. Thank you!!!

  Not this particular store issue, but how do they go from having the best return policy and quality (my reason for justifying spending $100 on leggings) to the worst return policy AND the quality has diminished. I can no longer justify purchasing lesser quality items at that price. I will not buy anything from them again. I have bought a couple different knock offs for at least half the price. My last purchase was my last purchase.
