The people were great when I had mine installed. However, they do not allow you to call the office directly. Now I have to drive to their location for a piece of paper that I need to take with me to dmv. I should have been able to reach them and they should have been able to email me the paper that I need. Their office is way out of my way.. I have to backtrack to get to the dmv.. A total waste of my time and gas wasted due to back tracking. Grrrr

This shop is very nice! Love the people that work there! When I first got my install I cried to the guy (Joseph) who showed me how to install it, I was so stressed out about the whole situation. He was really kind, and here I am 8 months later.. still surviving ! Thanks so much Richmond Lifesafer! If I lived closer I would get my calibrations done there!
