  I went into this location as I was in town for an event and needed to shop. I walked up to the counter with multiple pieces, including 2 versions of the same top in 2 colors. I had the woman at the register, who I was told is the manager, named Kathryn, add another version of the top as an online order, since they didn't have my size in that additional top. With the online order, we added a cami, since there was a BOGO 50% off deal, so since I assumed it only applied to tops (and I only had 3 tops), I agreed to add more to my order. However, when I got home (FOUR hours away from the retail location), I noticed my favorite piece of the purchase - a black foldover top - was not in the bag, nor was it on the receipt. So I called the store to try to rectify the situation, since I spent MORE money to add an unwanted piece to my order, when IN REALITY, my order qualified just fine as-is, and I should've gotten a $78 top for half off, rather than adding a cheap cami to my order. Kathryn swears that I said I did not want the piece, in question, when she "asked me," although if I had to purchase only ONE item from the entire purchase, it would have only been that top in black and the dress. However, if there is an in-store camera with sound, I would be justified in knowing that I said I DID, in fact, want that top. She said the only way she could honor the discount would be for me to come back to the store...when I live FOUR hours away and don't have access to an Express within 1.5 hours of me to even simply go get the top I wanted for an event this weekend. And it's simply the fact of the matter that I should've received the discount and/or free shipping for them to rectify this issue, but instead, she stays steadfast in the "fact" that I "told her I didn't want the top." What happened to decent customer service, or simply the fact that "the customer is always right?" I'm not asking for much - simply what I should've received for spending MORE money in a retail location than I planned to and walking away without the one piece I actually wanted. Thanks for being loyal back to me, with the 20+ years I've been loyal to your brand, Express...

  I visited this store 4/24/26 and was helped by Taylor. She was nothing short of amazing! She was so helpful and helped me to find exactly what I needed, as well as helped me understand the discounts I had available to me! Thank you Taylor for a great experience!

  I found a lot of great clothes on sale (through the mess I might add) but I watched the employees be childish and rude to several other guests. Leaving this review in hopes that management might do some cultural training with staff.
