  I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received from Belinda. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. When an issue came up with my order, she handled it with so much professionalism and compassion, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Because of her dedication, my mother-in-law received a beautiful gift that meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Belinda does. She is an incredible asset to Edible Arrangements, and I’ll absolutely be ordering from this location again because of her. Thank you, Belinda, for your outstanding service!

  Belinda went above and beyond to deliver the goodies. She was truly professional, helpful and pleasant in every way, an absolute blessing to me as she called and kept me informed. She knows her way around RVA. The recipient was happy and and that makes me very happy. Kudos all around...my thanks to Edible Arrangements on Main St. and rock star Belinda ✨️

  We are new to Richmond but have been receiving edible arrangements for years thanks to a few family members who love to give them as gifts. The local franchise delivered an edible arrangements on Saturday when it was over 90 degrees. We were not home and did not know about the shipment. I only received some random delivery messages but they wouldn’t tell me what it was. We arrived home later that evening to a fruit arrangement that was completely destroyed by the 90+ degree heat. In the past, it was never left on our doorstep. If we weren’t home, a card was left and we had to call to reschedule or go pick it up. This time it went straight into the trash and a waste of money and gift.

  My daughter received a 17th Birthday gift from a friend from high school, and somehow the kids messed up the city. The driver tried so hard to deliver to the address provided, but it wasn’t even close to the correct address. Edible Arrangements took it back to the store, made a new one and delivered it today. The delivery driver Belinda, was SO INCREDIBLY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL AND CARING! She told us the story, we apologized and we had a lovely time with her! I will start ordering from Edible Arrangements now simply because of her! And the strawberries are AMAZING!!!!

  I placed an order last Saturday afternoon and received exceptional service. Nikki was incredibly helpful; she provided excellent recommendations when I was unsure what to choose. Also the delivery driver Phil was wonderful he called me earlier before my delivery letting me know he was coming and despite the elevator being out of order, he kindly came up the stairs to complete the delivery and was polite and professional . My wife loved it!!
