  Extremely disappointing experience with this location and with Edible Arrangements customer service. I spent $89.81 on an arrangement for a friend who was ill. When it arrived, the presentation was very poor and honestly embarrassing for something that was supposed to be a gift. In addition, I paid for 8 chocolate-covered strawberries, but only 7 were delivered. I have included a photo so others can see how the arrangement actually looked when it arrived. What has made the situation even worse is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I contacted Edible Arrangements on at least two separate occasions regarding the problem and received no meaningful response. I also escalated the matter through corporate customer service, only to receive automated acknowledgments. My complaint was eventually marked closed without anyone actually resolving the issue or contacting me. Considering the price of these products, I expected much better quality and significantly better customer service. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to get someone to acknowledge a legitimate problem with an order. There are far too many other businesses available that value their customers, respond when there is a problem, and stand behind what they sell to waste your money at a business that handles customer concerns this way. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  They were out of what I ordered (chocolate covered bananas) so subbed out something I did not order or want (white chocolate dipped pineapple and tiny chocolate dipped strawberries). The biggest issue was that none of this was communicated until I picked up my order. This is not the first time this location has subbed out part of my order when they were out of something. Poor inventory and communication it seems.

  First and last time ordering from this location. I remember when Edible Arrangements was super popular and top quality... for the price, this location severely underdelivered! I paid over $100 for an order for my mom's birthday which included a mini cheesecake, dubai chocolate indulgent cup, and martini shaped edible bouquet. The fruit in the bouquet looked dingy, there were minimal chocolate covered strawberries, and the dubai chocolate indulgent cup had ZERO chocolate! It actually looked absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. I had to call the store, after I'd already left and gotten home, for them to then tell me "they didn't have the supplies" so they just put together something random and threw it in the bag. The cup was supposed to come with strawberries, dubai chocolate, pistachios and other filling... all they gave was a cup of whip cream, white and green icing and some barely ripe strawberries, trying to pass it off as if I didn't have eyes and wouldn't notice. Ridiculous! Won't be wasting my time or money here again.

  Had a very good experience at edible arrangements. Rizw was really helpful and very professional. Would definitely recommend people to use this edible arrangements place to get their gifts and fruit arrangements!
