  I placed an order, and I was told it would be ready a week later. I checked back twice, and it still hadn't been done. Things ordered from a company like this often have a built-in deadline. if the customer service person I dealt with had told me it might be late, I probably would've gone somewhere else. Instead, he just kept putting it off - and eventually, I did go somewhere else. I don't consider this good customer service, and I am baffled based on my experience how this place has such good ratings.
