  I placed an order, and I was told it would be ready a week later. I checked back twice, and it still hadn't been done. Things ordered from a company like this often have a built-in deadline. if the customer service person I dealt with had told me it might be late, I probably would've gone somewhere else. Instead, he just kept putting it off - and eventually, I did go somewhere else. I don't consider this good customer service, and I am baffled based on my experience how this place has such good ratings.

  The staff at Bunkie are the nicest people. They go out of their way to make sure your order is to your satisfaction. They are timely and efficient. If you want quality work, go to Bunkie!
