Everyone was so willing to help. The staff had answers to all my questions. Great selection and the store was well maintained. I will be visiting again.

Went in , had an online order to return. Before going to the counter I looked at a few things I had seen online. Asked for help the tall brunette was so rude , but I tried a sweatshirt on and slipped on a xs tee shirt of one I already had then folded it up put on shelf and proceeded to the counter. The tall rude blonde at counter was so hateful, but i ignored her rudeness and said I want to return the jeans.. Never asking my phone number she then proceeded to say I need a manager and she walked away with my online purchase. I stood there and was thinking what is she doing? I finally found the girl and i asked what are you doing? She held her hand and arm out towards me as to shut me up. I spoke again she did the same violent arm gesture to shut me up. soooo I walked over to her , took my jeans online order and walked away out of the store and went to Arie. My thought was return by mail , situation ( no reason for them to treat customers like that). Hello American Eagle I just got a $3000 credit card with you and I am thinking maybe I should find something else to use my card on. Teach respectfulness in training the clerks. September 2, 2026 tall blonde tall brunette should be fired. My daughter said she doesn’t even bother to shop there because of the attitudes. I did receive help at Aerie 🥹 thank you.

The store was very busy today and dressing rooms had a small wait time. I feel Angie went above and beyond grabbing my sizes and different styles of jeans to try. I usually hate bothering anybody but she was so easy to talk to and help!

Went in there to get clothes for my birthday trip to Nashville today, and had an awesome experience. Store and fitting rooms were very clean and well kept. Store staff ( Hannah and Carly) were beyond helpful with solid feedback on fit and style. When I needed a tall shirt (not in stock) they were able to order it and have it shopped to my house. Prices were already good, but they went out of their way to give me a veterans discount when I mentioned serving in the Army. Great experience. I’ll be back.
