  Have been visiting this location since moving to NOVA I’ve been about 6 times and every time everyone is SOOO helpful and kind. I always see Denise there and she went above and beyond with her team today helping me with getting things hemmed and finding work pants. Had such a great experience

  Store didn’t honor the lululemon warranty promised to customers for a piece I intended to return after a couple of days due to being defective.

  If you have any choice, do NOT go to Lululemon at Reston Town Center! They have horrible customer services! They refused to give me store credit for a return of a new unused product (a backpack) with tag attached and in original packaging even I am the lulu member. This never happens with me at any other Lululemon store. When I requested to talk to the manager, the guy told me that he is the manager and there is nothing he can do to help me. He also told me that I can gift the product to someone else. How rude and unprofessional. When I asked him about the return policy, he told me to call the customer service to complain. It was the worst experience I had among all Lululemon stores, I will never go back there again.
