She did multiple trips to the back looking for items and my daughter loved everything I ended up buying. Will definitely be back and asking for her!

When my sister and I walked in, the two employees on the floor (one in a white shirt and the other in a red/ burgundy sweater) gave us rude looks and kept glancing at each other like they were making fun of us. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. But then Alexis stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was so kind, actually listened, and even went to the back to find the exact sweater size we needed. Honestly, I would have given this visit 1 star, but thanks to Alexis’ amazing customer service, I’m giving it 3 stars. She deserves the recognition; I just hope the rest of the team can follow her example.
