- JMJustin MMay 5, 20261.0UPDATE 5/18/26: Responding to the owners claim that I ordered the incorrect size. I received a 6.5 inch bracelet when I ordered a 7 inch. So, no I didn’t order the wrong size. See pictures below. I still have not received the bracelet. These guys are such scammers, I ordered a bracelet that was 7 inches and when I received it, it was 6.5 inches. I returned the bracelet as they said they would exchange it for free. I ordered this bracelet on 2/13/26 and till this day (5/5/26) I have not received the bracelet and apparently they "lost" the new one they sent to me. They have not responded to my last 5 emails after they said they would send me another bracelet. No one ever answers the phone and I have tried reaching out via email, Instagram, and calling. This is insane for a business that sells jewelry where the customer experience is supposed to be #1.
