  This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements, and I really want to recognize Alisha, the manager at the Janaf location, for providing such wonderful customer service. I had placed two orders for the same recipient, and unbeknownst to me, the orders were fulfilled by two different locations. When the recipient confirmed that she had received one order but not the second, I called the Janaf location and spoke with Alisha. From the moment I explained the situation, Alisha was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about making sure the order I paid for actually made it into the recipient’s hands. Rather than simply telling me that the order had been delivered, she took the extra step of contacting the building herself to help locate it and confirm that it ultimately reached the intended recipient. What impressed me even more was that Alisha told me that if I learned the arrangement had been tampered with in any way, she would remake it at no additional cost. These arrangements are not inexpensive, so having a manager take that level of responsibility and care seriously meant a lot to me. I truly appreciated my interaction with Alisha. She was patient, professional, reassuring, and, most importantly, made me feel like she genuinely cared about the customer experience rather than simply considering the order complete once it left the store. Alisha and her team deserves their flowers! 💐 This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes someone feel comfortable ordering from a business again. Thank you, Alisha, for taking ownership of the situation and making sure everything was taken care of. Five stars for the Janaf location and especially for Alisha!

  The attendant was helpful to create a fruit basket within my budget. As she made it and waited, I noticed other things to try in the store! Great experience!

  Alicia did her thang!!!! I put in an online delivery the morning of and realized the recipient may not be receive it before they leave. In my efforts for it to get to them early I called the store and Alicia made it happen. She said it could get there by 11 via Uber but I asked her about 10. She said she'd try and she did!!! Her efforts saved the day because coming home to wilted fruit and melted chocolate is THE WORSE. Thank you Alicia and the Janag store.
