  I would leave zero stars if possible. I went in about 20 minutes prior to closing. Upon entry I initiated the interaction with the two associates that were present. The young lady with round framed glasses was more than likely doing closing procedures as she was behind the register. I asked the simple question of: do the outlet locations receive the same merchandise as the retail locations? This is a legit question because generally speaking some outlet style stores don’t always get what’s currently offered in retail stores. The one behind the counter answered with a smart and short response of what. It was quite obvious she was annoyed and more than likely didn’t hear what I said which I repeated the question and she was still short with me. Answering a customer like that is extremely rude and unprofessional. Mind you I planned to make a purchase but after that interaction I definitely will not be shopping at this location at all. Even my daughter who is also a retail worker noticed the worker’s nasty tone, body language, and unwillingness to be helpful.

  I had a really great experience here at this location! I had a hard time finding the style shorts I wanted and Fairen P. Was there to save the day! Thank you so much Fairen you’re amazing!!

  My wonderful daughter introduced me to this place, even as an "old" man, still like their clothing very much so.
