Reshard Williams is always professional, helpful with any questions, and treats you like a human being. He tries to work around your schedule to make the process as easy as it can be for both parties. A difficult time was made that easier working with RoadGuard Newport News.

I had to violations in one day because the handset would not let me retest, cable was just changed due to not working properly, now the handset is bad. Very dangerous while on the roadway having to pull over due to your car horns blasting due to their faulty installation process and used junk. With roadguard you pay monthly for junk equipment. Next day went and had a new handset installed and only worked one time.. I received two violations yesterday and now I have been stuck on the side of the road for 2 hrs due to their faulty equipment.. do not use roadguard
