Wherever you live, your installers can’t possibly prepare you for the next step of using your device. I watched the video, did the initial test with the installer standing beside me and receiving a thumb up…HOWEVER….the very next attempt on my own was one failed attempt after another. I called the “helpline” which turned into a number of options that always brought me to a foreign English speaker who really was no help at all. I called the 1. 800 number x3 before I called for a uber/lyft to take me back to get another thumbs up from the installer and guess what…. I failed several more time until….I PASSED! I drove 23 miles home and was prompted 2 more times to blow. Moral of this sad story is…Don’t Be Stupid. Don’t drink and drive.

The tech Skyler was fast, efficient, informative, and real cool. Its a tough time, but installing with these cats seems to be a pretty painless way to go. Price of install was lower than some of the other spots I looked at, and their monthly rate is fair. I do not recommend finding yourself in a position to have to meet an interlock installation service, but if you do, i think they're the ones you want to meet.
