  My husband ordered a huge platter of chocolate covered strawberries with MOM in pineapples and also another set of 6 chocolate covered strawberries, flowers and balloons for me for mothers day. The strawberries covered in chocolate were bad. You could tell they were bad just by looking at them. The color was off and they were mushy. Im highly upset because with all of the money he spent, he could have at least received fresh fruit. I reached out via email prior to leaving a review, but my case was closed WITHOUT feedback or a refund. I sent pictures as well. They clearly did not care about the quality of the order, no matter the price. I will make sure he never spends his hard earned money here ever again!! Shame on you!!

  This is how my floral arrangement arrived....partially wilted already. Hard to believe a company would send out flowers in this shape. But buyer beware.

  Ok, I'm amending my review. After the second part of my order showed up, we immediately refrigerated it. It was the Mother's Day Delights Dessert Box, a combination of cheesecake, chocolate and strawberries. It was considerably cooler than the Mother's Day Deluxe Celebration Arrangement delivered earlier today. In the advertisement, this assortment is on a little white tray. Given the price, I naively assumed it was a keepsake tray. Ha ha, no. These desserts came on two plastic brown trays. Whatever. The important point is that the desserts and strawberries were to die for. I highly recommend. My mom was super happy about receiving these gifts. That's what's important. But I have included pics of the Mother's Day Deluxe Celebration as pictured on the website versus what I received. It truly looked beat to heck and I know it should have/could have looked exactly like the picture because Ive Seen these arrangements delivered to my work and they are usually gorgeous. Think that's bad enough? It was delivered from the trunk of a man's car. The fruit was warm and chocolate melted everywhere. I'm so disappointed. This was for Mother's Day. This was expensive! And it's crap. Oh! And the second part of my order didn't show up till hours later, so the surprise was kinda blown. But that's just me being disappointed. My main complaint is about how it was delivered and how it looks. This was a 1 star review. Thanks to those amazing desserts, I amended it to 3. Original review: Believe the bad reviews and save your money. I've included pics of what I ordered versus what I received. Think that's bad enough? It was delivered from the trunk of a man's car.   Victoria was super helpful when we popped in and needed to grab one thank you gift and a birthday present as well. She was kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will certainly be back to this location.
