- AAAnonymousSep 25, 20261.0Bad experience due to extremely rude and unprofessional associate. Simply asked where a certain shoe may be. Made my elderly mother repeat herself 3 times. Then proceed to cut me off and talk over top of me before walking away while we were still trying to figure out how to get the shoe. Ended up doing the work ourselves and found it at another DSW. I will never go to this location again. You seriously need to retrain this worker on customer service. Older lady with short blonde hair and an accent. Terrible employee.

- PDP DAug 9, 20261.0I'll never step foot in a Virginia DSW again. I've been shopping at DSW for 25 years and have never experienced an issue in my home state or any other state where I've shopped at DSW. I'm new to Virginia, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my skin color was an issue. An employee followed me around the store while I shopped. He definitely got his exercise in because we took quite a few laps around that store. After 25 years as a DSW customer, I know the difference between being assisted and being watched. I don't give my money where I'm not wanted, and I won't be returning.
- SWSarah WiederJul 24, 20262.0Three employees were there, chatting and didn't offer assistance to me or the other customer in the store. Then they wouldn't let me use the coupon they texted me. I left and bought the shoes on-sale somewhere else.
