  LOVE THIS MALL. This is definitely not a mall for everyone but it’s great to do some window shopping. They have so many high end boutiques. There were some new stores in the mall that I did not recognize from before. Sad to of course see SAKs gone.

  Amazing! Stores and people were just amazing. Beautiful architecture, very clean and elegant. Recommend, for sure!

  great mall with great stores, very new compared to the old one pretty close by. parking is generally non-issue- two levels with one in a garage and like a rooftop parking.

  Top notch shopping. High end stores with good eating venues. They need a good ice cream place, but otherwise great place to find all the things you need, specially if they are more luxurious!! Great place to just walk around for window shopping too!

  Nordstrom started their semi-annual sale last week and the day I shopped the sale was specifically for Nordstrom credit card members. I am a Nordstrom cardmember with a high purchase status and have been for over two decades. The register would not ring up the items' sale price and the manager of men's sportswear made it like it was a major inconvenience to adjust the item to the current sale price (as clearly advertised on the signage by the product). The manager tried to say I'd have to come back the next day to get the sale price because this sale day was for Nordstrom cardmembers of a certain tiered status. The registers weren't functioning with the sale price updates, so she would have to do a manual price adjustment which was just too much for her. She clearly didn't want to lift a finger. The manager had my credit card right in front of her! It was too much for her to do, so I clearly used my phone to query and display Nordstrom's policy online, and showed this to her. Only then did she begrudgingly make the price adjustment. Over the years I've seen this particular location deteriorate in customer service. Perhaps it's time (and an opportunity) for some retraining and attitude adjustments?
