  I purchased a $360 pair of sunglasses here and they had to be mailed to me since the only had a floor model. I tried to exchange them for the exact same model when I realized the pair I had sas defective — must be something wrong with the polarization on that pair. I've been thinking it was my new contacts (that I only wear when I leave the house), but turns out its the sun glasses. The manager at the store wouldn't help me because it's been 30 days since my purchase — not since I received them in the mail. Really dissapointing and unethical i think, given I'm not trying to return or exchange them for anything other than the same model due to a DEFECT that DISTORTS MY VISION. Wish I could give 0 stars. Filing a complain with the BBB.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of sunglasses here that felt decent in the shop, but they literally fell apart within the first few weeks of normal wear. For the price they charge, you’d expect quality, but these are absolute garbage. When I went back to the store—only 30 days after purchase—to ask for a return or even just an exchange for the defective product, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, they treated me like I was the problem. They flat-out refused to honor any kind of return policy, even though the glasses broke immediately due to poor manufacturing. It’s clear this store only cares about taking your money; they have zero interest in standing behind their products or treating their customers with basic respect. Save your time and your cash—go literally anywhere else where they actually value their clients. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I went to buy a pair of glasses for a trip I was planning to take. As soon as I arrived at the store, I was treated extremely well by the woman working there; however, the man—the moment we walked in and started asking questions—began blasting the music at an extremely high volume. Being the defiant person I am, I stayed in the store and continued looking at glasses. As soon as we left, he turned the music back down—a mere employee acting as if he were the owner of the store, horrible experience.
