- NDNicholas DiBlasio3 days ago1.0Avoid buying meta glasses here, and skip the warranty. They misled me by claiming that within a year, upgraded meteglasses would be replaced. I visited twice and heard two different accounts; ultimately, they will not replace the glasses. They directed me to customer service, refused to provide the manager’s name, and treated me as if I were the criminal. This is a shady business with questionable activity. I would steer clear of the company entirely. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and meta to let them know what has transpired.
- PPPLSep 29, 20261.0Disappointed with customer service for return.
- GNGelareh NaenifardSep 15, 20261.0Their optician is untrained and clueless about anything at this location! Do not buy AI glasses from this store. My prescription AI glasses came in with the scratch on the lens and they refused to return it within 30 days.
- SSShazAug 25, 20265.0Stopped by Sunglass Hut to use my protection plan and Naz helped me out. She was super nice and made everything really easy. She listened, took care of it quickly, and was very professional the whole time. Really good experience with her.
- ALadriana lievanoAug 24, 20261.0One of the sales associates was absolutely rude. I went in to make an exchange, and she tried to charge me more. When I insisted that she was mistaken, she completely lost her temper, raising her voice and being extremely disrespectful. It was only after she checked the system that she realized she was actually wrong. They should not have people working there who clearly lack basic customer service skills.
