- MRMichael ReyesApr 20, 20261.0Went in today (Sunday) in the afternoon, the heavy set hispanic woman employee treated us with absolute disrespect. She looked visibly annoyed when she offered us some glasses and we told her we weren’t interested. We heard her talk bad about us while we were passing to the other aisle and she whispered a racial slur at us. The abuse we experienced at this location was unacceptable, after calling us a racial slur she then proceeded to put the volume up on the music in the store. It was so loud we couldn’t even hear eachother inside, her unprofessional should be accounted for. This location should do better judging by the low reviews I can see that this is a person they definitely should have fired. Do better.

I was late for my appointment, and even though they were very busy, the team went above and beyond to squeeze me into another one. They were patient, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. Never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. This is what great customer service looks like. Huge thank you to the staff for taking care of me I’ll definitely be back and recommending this location to others!
