They were unhelpful, did not provide proper guidance, and made promises that were not followed through. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not given the support I expected from a customer service team. This was a frustrating experience, and I hope the store improves its customer service and accountability.

One pair didn’t fit properly, so I went back to exchange it for a different pair. However, they told me I had to pay an additional $50 just to make the exchange. When I purchased the warranty, I was told that I could exchange my glasses at no extra cost. That turned out not to be true, and I feel like I was misled. Because of this experience, I will never buy anything from this company again, and I do not recommend them to anyone.
