  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sunglass Hut in Tysons Corner. I visited the store with my girlfriend and her sister as customers, and what should have been a simple shopping trip turned into a very upsetting experience. While outside the storefront, one of my family members slipped and fell due to a lotion like substance on the floor. We were informed that Sunglass Hut employees were already aware of the hazardous condition, yet no apparent action had been taken to protect customers or address the safety concern. After helping her up, we respectfully went back into the store and politely requested that management contact security so a proper incident report could be completed. Instead of showing concern for a customer who had just been injured, we were told to leave the store despite remaining calm, professional, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. The way we were treated made us feel that we were being treated differently and unfairly, and we perceived the treatment as discriminatory. As loyal customers who entered the store with no ill intent, this was both humiliating and unacceptable. Customer safety and dignity should always come first. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another product from Sunglass Hut again, and I hope corporate leadership reviews how this situation was handled so that no other customer has a similar experience.

  Steph was amazing!!! 100/10 he was alone in the store but he was still so helpful and accommodating. He kept apologizing for it being busy. He made the experience of shopping amazing!

  I can remember the names of the staff that helped me out but even the staff that didn’t directly attend was very nice in the 2nd floor location as for the salesman and optometrist, they were pretty helpful and very patient with helping me get my prescription sunglasses. 10/10 service

  Bought a $300 pair of glasses a few weeks ago, when the sales associate had me try them on I said they felt loose. She tightened them for me and said don't worry you can get them tightened at any store for free. In retrospect I'm an idiot for accepting that answer but I liked the glasses and was excited. Over the next few weeks they got looser and looser so I went to return them. The manager insisted they do not sell bent pairs and "don't even have anything in the store that would bend them" ? Not sure what that means lol. I put them on my head and showed the two inches of space between my head and the temple. I said my head did not do this they were sold this way 😭 she basically called me a liar and said no we don't sell bent pairs but she would do me the "courtesy" of exchanging for something as expensive or giving a store credit. The funny thing is if they checked the tapes they would see their sales associate trying to tighten the pair when I first bought them and me shaking my head trying to feel if they were any more secure after tightening (they were). Horrible business practice to call your customer a liar who has never returned anything there before and spent $300. Do not shop here.
