After a negative experience at Neiman Marcus where I found these incredible linen Ralph Lauren pants, I decided to go down the escalator to Ralph Lauren and ask if they had the pants. They were sold out of my size in store and online, but Kristine found the very last pair in the country and had them shipped to Tysons from a store in New York! She went the extra mile and I appreciate that level of customer service.

Unfortunately, our experience with Michael Wyatt completely ruined the visit. From the moment we walked in, he clearly judged us and treated us as if we weren’t worth his time. When we tried to ask for help, he dismissed us mid-conversation and acted incredibly uninterested. It end very rude and disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we still ended up purchasing items, but the way we were treated by him made the experience far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Cristy was more than accommodating with getting a local store to send over their stock, and even reached out directly to let me know it was on its way to me! More than happy of the service and will continue to patronize this location.
