- RIRaj Kannan IyyappanAug 16, 20261.0Bought $800 prescribed glasses and they didn't made it prescription and was told they auto optimize the prescription and thats totally messed up. I asked them to not to optimize and requested the glasses to be remade. 2 weeks later, I got the glasses with same issue (checked with other optic store and with my eye doctor's office and the glasses were not made to the prescription). I asked for refund at that point and they denied. The store manager is very worst and rude and he lied on my face that the lenses were initially re ordered due to size fit and not prescription problem and in fact the I had the receipt that says prescription issue. I disputed the charge and got refund from my credit card as Oakley store is not able to defend the charge. If you are shopping for prescription lenses, go somewhere else.

Not only was she super knowledgeable and thorough, she was kind and patient (ask for her because she's only there I believe Thu thru Sat). She also gave us a great discount on the prescription lenses. Thank you Oakley.
