  If I could give zero stars I would. Tried ordering something for my girlfriend because it was our anniversary. My order said delivered and my girlfriend said she never got anything. So then I call the place and they said they didn’t have a driver to go out that way…….So why would you say it was delivered?! And I get not having a driver but how is a customer supposed to know that if there’s no communication. It was supposed to be an important gift for an important day. So I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere

  Hello, I had a delivery of the Bubbly Birthday Bundle. It was a small vanilla funfetti cake with 5 small candles already included, the 16 oz dry secco bottle, 6 ct. chocolate covered strawberry (+ pineapple?) box, one balloon, and a customized card. It was delivered on Sat July 18, 2026. Whoever made my order, knocked it out of the park! I got to FaceTime my best friend while she opened up her goodies and she loved it all! She was nibbling on the perfectly ripe strawberries and the yummy cake and was smiling ear to ear. I live in Florida while she lives in VA and this delivery went so perfect. Thank you to everyone involved 💛✨

  Be careful with online cookie orders. If they don't have a certain cookie you order, they won't bother notifying you, you'll just get basic sugar cookies instead. The customer support system the company has is also garbage. Received 5 emails saying my request was being reviewed over a 3 week time frame. Had to call the store to get a refund.

  I had an issue with my order, I had to cancel it, but i still got charged. I've been calling this store since yesterday to signify that. But no one answers!! Is this the way to do business??

  If I can rate this a 0 I would! I will never order delivery again from this location. My order was poorly done I mean look at my damn photo! Icing just smudged everywhere and very sloppy done!
