  Poor customer service. I will NEVER shoP at David Yurman again. Went in to purchase/order a $30k Jade High Jewelry bracket and was ignored by staff. The heavy-set Hispanic greeting customer barely acknowledged me and then told me that someone would be with me shortly. Besides stands and waiting other customers came in after me and were greeted and served. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager- he seemed to dismiss my concerns. Never have I been treated so poorly and I have spent thousands of dollars at this boutique. Never again. If looking for quality high end jewelry- go Cartier or Tiffany’s. Also recommend John Hardy jewelry for better quality and better designs.

  My husband purchased a cable bracelet for me for my first Mother’s Day. He said he felt unwelcome when he went to go pick up his order in store. The associate did not offer to put the bracelet in a gift box and only handed him the bracelet in the suede pouch. He had to ask for a bag? Yikes for a luxury brand. Not a good first impression, especially for the price tag.
