  Purchased a pair of slides a month ago that had been sitting in my living room floor still boxed since I got them..fall is around the corner so I decided to take them back and get a pair of sneakers…I arrived at the store and waited for quite a while before the associate came out and said “these shoes have been worn!” I had to laugh to keep from spazzing!! I said do you really think that I would wear a pair of shoes then “drive 2 hours (try my luck)” to try and exchange them?? The associate returned to the back and for the manager who also stated that the bottoms of the shoes looked white (worn). So I turned around and picked up the same exact shoe off the shelf and said “you mean white like this display shoe huh?” She then tried to wipe off the display shoes lol! Long story short I exchanged the shoe only because i couldn’t return them completely! Horrible customer service! Do better Balenciaga!!

  Today. My customer service here was awful. The sales associate who is white, women, blonde/brownish hair who is about 5’3-5’4 working SATURDAY MAY 30th 2026 at 12:06 p.m. is VERY nasty, and very rude. I was going to spend alot of money there today, however, she doesn’t say hello, and she rolled her eyes at me 100% of the time. It was honestly bizarre. I will never return.

  I visited this store recently to try on a pair of shoes I had already liked for a while. At first, the staff member seemed polite enough, but one comment completely changed how I felt about the experience. While I was trying on the shoes, I was asked, “Are you ready to spend money on this?” That felt very rude and honestly pretty disrespectful. I still bought the shoes, but only because I genuinely liked them before I even walked into the store. I bought them because of the product, not because of the service. A luxury store should make customers feel comfortable and respected, not judged when they simply want to try something on. Really disappointing experience.
