  I read these reviews and about 95% of them are about selling clothes to this store and not getting the money they think they are worth but that’s how the seller-buyer services are in any business if someone wants more money for there items a good idea would be to sell them on your own and see the time, effort and how hard and time consuming it would be! if you go thru the store they have literally everything for anyone which is why they have a vast variety for anyone willing to go thru the racks and look at each item. I enjoy most of the staff that works there in the evening time BUT one thing that really irritates me and maybe it’s because I have run retail businesses my whole life is when that clock turns 8-8:15PM you start hearing from everyone that works there we close in 45 minutes, we close in 30 minutes!! If I was the manager or owner and I ever heard that from one of my employees they would be warned not to do that again. When it’s closing time in the retail business at 9pm you turn off the open sign and make sure know one else comes in but you never push people out your door that have clothes in there hand to buy. Tonight hearing from 2 different people that you need to buy before 9pm because the register won’t except payments and me being there buying clothes multiple times a week I know that I’m being straight up lied too and also being told that this time of the year is when we start getting slow this why the register does that!!! IF THIS TIME OF THE YEAR IT STARTS TO SLOW DOWN THAN NEVER PUSH PEOPLE OUT THAT HAVE ITEMS IN THEIR HANDS TO SPEND MONEY AND SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS!!!! A 5 star review was coming tonight until this happened now it has been cut down by 2 stars to a 3 star review

  LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS- Don’t even waste your time they don’t buy anything that’s in pretty decent condition yet have pretty worn sneakers, jeans, other style shoes, etc. Had items with tags unworn still didn’t take them. To be honest I don’t even think they actually go through the items/bags brought in. You’re better off trying to sell your items on FB Marketplace, depop, vinted etc than at this store.

  This is the ONLY thrift store I will purchase clothes from! All clothes I’ve bought are in great condition with no stains. My fav top I bought is in the photo below!

  This is one of the worst platos closets I have ever been to. Don't waste your time trying to sell clothing or jewelry here. They took and hour and a half. And kept saying it would be ready at different times. They first time they said it would take 45 minutes and they second time they said over an hour. I don't even think they looked through my items. There was new and barely used items with some designer brands. They didn't take a single item. I got a text message saying it was ready and I came to the store and they said it would be 2 more minutes. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Very bad experience!

  Manassas store was great. Rachel and Cindy looked at all my items. Not many were sold but I understood what they were looking for and will bring in more. I was pleased with the $ i received for the items sold. It was easy process.
