  Drove an hour just to make a return because the shirt I bought was broken upon receiving it, the first two ladies I spoke with were super nice and said I can exchange it or get store credit and that I got there exactly at the 30 day mark, I told them I wanted to shop around then come back and when I came back to the register they said they wouldent accept my return. They told me how I could sew it myself.. I left with new clothes and my broken shirt, to make it better during my drive back got into a car accident…

  The manager Jen is incredibly rude. Disrespectful to her staff and the customers. I was waiting for someone to check for a certain shoe size - she came up to me and asked me if i was ready to check out when i told her someone else was helping me she caught an attitude and muffled something under her breath and went back to standing behind a computer. Not the first time she’s done something out of line though. If anything, I think it’s shameful that this store lets her continue to be a store manager. They need to find someone who is actually happy to be there.

  This review is for Keturah!!! I went in Windsor Thursday evening looking for a last minute tip to wear to a concert, and this girl came THROUGH! She went through the store looking with me and picking different tops that’s she thought would look good on me, and what I needed up walking out of there with is something I would have NEVER picked up for myself just because I thought “there’s no way that would look good on ME” I was so wrong. I fell in LOVE with 2 of the shirts she picked for me after trying them on. Then she helped me pick out jewelry that vibed with the outfit and occasion. I can’t say enough good things about her, loved her SO much. Give this girl some recognition she freaking deserves it!
