  I had a really disappointing experience with a staff member who I believe said her name was Sharna in fine jewelry though I can’t be sure since she wasn’t wearing a name tag. From the start, she came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping. When I asked for assistance, she gave vague answers and seemed irritated that I even approached her. What bothered me most was her attitude, which felt unwelcoming and, at times, discriminatory. The way she spoke to me compared to other customers didn’t sit right, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Customer service should be about making people feel valued and supported, but this interaction did the opposite. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously and ensures better training and accountability moving forward.

  I feel classy here or at least with the in croud I can buy my kids name brand at a decent price and find a beautiful diamond for my grandmother on sale under $100 bucks and it doesn't turn green!

  Jaquitta at the Estée Lauder counter was so patient and helpful.. her professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated. More sales associates need to be like her. She is certainly an asset for Belk. Also the same can be said for the associate in the shoe department but the lady in the men’s department left a lot to be desired.
