I had such a great experience with Cayden. She was so sweet and helpful during an exchange I needed to do and made everything really easy. She was patient, friendly, and just had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what she does. People like her really make shopping experiences so much better :)

Arie at this Location is extremely rude the workers as well as the managers. This is not appropriate for any store. I saw comments before the old lady with grey hair super rude. They don’t have any patience with you and they get annoyed if u need anything help or looking for a size. This is not acceptable.

The old woman with the grey hair that works here was incredible rude. As someone that works in customer service I have never imagined treating people with the attitude she did. I left the store feeling embarrassed and upset all for trying to check out and use a discount code. Maybe try treating people with basic politeness at the very least

I was in here the other day, the workers were SO rude. They were talking about the customers and people in their personal life the whole time I was in there, they were calling people fat, saying they needed to fix their hair, whispering to eachother. It was a VERY unpleasant experience. They were just standing in a circle just talking bad about customers looks and people in their life. HORRIBLE ENERGY in here, it’s just giving mean girls. Aerie needs to do better with who they employ and who they choose to represent their store.
