  we've used Jump Around for two events at our house and they've been fantastic each time. They do the set up prior to the event, and take everything down for you. they're punctual, priced fairly and usually we end up with a few free hours. Couldn't recommend enough!

  We rented Old Glory for a party in Stafford. We rented last minute and everyone was so accommodating, professional, friendly, and timely. From start to finish, I did not have any issues, it was very hands off, the team did everything for me and walked me through safety procedures and set up. Old Glory was a hit and we look forward to using Jump around again!

  We are so pleased with Jump Around! They were fantastic to work with; delivered the waterslide early and the kids had an amazing time! They were completely wiped out by the end of the party! My son said his party and this slide was an EPIC 10 out of 10!!

  First, I want to emphasize that the on-site setup crew was friendly, helpful, and did their best under difficult circumstances. They were clearly frustrated themselves by the state of the equipment and the missing supplies. Specifically: Missing Equipment: The crew had to leave our event to go to a store and buy hose splitters because none were packed with the slides, despite being required to run water to multiple areas. Lack of Maintenance: The inflatables arrived in poor condition, covered in dried mud and grass clippings both inside and outside the slides. While I appreciated the crew's effort to scrub the mud off on-site, the sheer amount of dirt meant a full cleaning would have delayed our event past the start time agreed upon in our signed contract. It is reasonable to expect that rentals are thoroughly inspected and cleaned between customers, not on the customer's time. One of the employees did inform us that the slide had dried mud on it and stated it would wash off as the children used it. This in fact was the case but the result was a huge muddy puddle at the bottom of the slide that the children had to slide into. It was very unsanitary and could have been avoided had your company properly cleaned, dried, and inspected the equipment prior to delivery. Additionally, I was never informed prior to delivery that the Extreme 80-Foot Water Obstacle Course consisted of two separate units requiring two separate power sources. Failing to communicate critical electrical requirements makes event preparation unnecessarily difficult and risks unexpected downtime. While the field staff handled the situation as professionally as they could, the responsibility for equipment maintenance, complete packing checklists, and clear communication falls squarely on the company. Given the poor condition of the slides, missing equipment, and lack of advance instructions, I will not be renting from them again.
