  Our PTO has been using Jump Around for our 5th grade promotion for the more than 5 years. Management is always super helpful with helping us identify the rentals that will work best for our students. The communication is superb. This year, we had to make last minute adjustments the day of due to heat. The team was incredible. They worked with school staff to make sure we could setup indoors even going so far as to drive back to HQ to pickup sand bags. I highly recommend Jump Around.

  Kevin and Logan did an outstanding job setting up our kids’ birthday party phone pit. They made the entire process incredibly easy, arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and great to work with from start to finish. Their setup was quick and seamless, which took a lot of stress off our plate and let us focus on enjoying the party. It’s clear they care about providing great service and making sure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend Kevin and Logan to anyone looking for reliable, helpful, and genuinely nice people. We really appreciate all the help and will definitely use them again in the future!

  Great experience with Jump Around VA! They showed up within the allotted time and was very communicative throughout the process (love the text communication! Upon arrival Logan, Adam, Austin were great with set up and cleaning. Love that they cleaned upon arrival. I will be a repeat customer.

  I had a wonderful experience with Jump Around event rentals! Sam, Jesse, Brent, and Summer were an amazing team to work with. They were friendly and professional and communicative the whole time. I would highly recommend using this company as I also had a great experience via email. They were friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. Great job team!!

  We have used Jump Around VA for several years now and they continue to exceed our expectations every time! We recently used them again for an event, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Their team is always friendly, professional, punctual, and easy to work with. The bounce houses are clean, well-maintained, and a huge hit with the kids. It's such a relief knowing we can count on them to help make our events fun and stress-free. We highly recommend them and will definitely continue using them for years to come. 5 stars all the way!
