- DEDr. EDec 30, 20251.0NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE! Had a terrible experience today due to the so-called manager on duty. He was rude, confrontational, dishonest, and highly unprofessional. He refused multiple times to identify himself, and no one in the store was wearing a name tag. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple complaints about this same individual, including a review with his photo, which I am also referencing here since he refuses accountability. Corporate should have no trouble identifying him. This raises serious concerns about whether Tommy Hilfiger corporate has any control or oversight over its store personnel and customer treatment.
