  I visited steven madden today, the lady playing the cash register was a saint. And the store manager Kayla, helped me with everything I needed AND asked for. They have a great team at this location, as i've visited many.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the way I was treated by the woman who identified herself as the store manager, Kimberly. I politely asked about a pair of shoes that appeared to have already been worn. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, Kimberly repeatedly dismissed me and responded with an unprofessional, rude attitude. Throughout the interaction, she was disrespectful and showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing basic customer service. When I informed her that I intended to leave a review based on my experience, she repeatedly stated that she “didn’t care.” Hearing that from someone claiming to be the store manager was shocking and demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and customer service. Because of how I was treated, I will also be contacting the company’s corporate office. I have a video of the interaction that I will be providing to corporate so they can review how this situation was handled. I expect store management to treat customers with professionalism and respect, even when there is a disagreement. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I hope corporate addresses this matter so other customers are not treated the same way.
