  If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! Gifting at the gourmet level?! MY TUCHUS!!! First of all, I waited more than 10 minutes just to be greeted at the store. So I ended up placing the order online while waiting. Pictured below is the sad and barren $100 pound of grocery store strawberries I had no choice but to bring to my mother’s 69th birthday dinner! They were tiny, poorly covered in chocolate and sprinkled sparingly atop a bed of kale. Look how miserable the “Mochatini” looks next to the beautiful bouquet and balloon! Even the printed card was detestable!!! 😞 These are the acceptable times to “Karen” your way through to corporate emails! I will request a full refund for the superiorly low quality AND a future credit for the embarassment of showing up with THAT! Everyone but me got a good laugh out of it, though! With much sarcasm… Good job Edible Arrangements of Leesburg!! 🙄

  I placed an order last week for delivery today. They received the order and waited until today to call me and say that they could not deliver to the location I requested. The website shouldn't have let me place the order and the staff should have reached out before delivery day to tell me that they could not deliver. Very frustrating

  If zero stars were an option, I would choose it without hesitation. I ordered a bouquet as a surprise for my wife, based on the photos and descriptions shown on the website. The images clearly suggested a full arrangement with multiple flowers. What was delivered, however, was completely misleading—a single flower, and not even a real one, but artificial. Charging $62 for what is essentially one fake flower is unacceptable. For comparison, I could have gone to Target and purchased a far better arrangement for a fraction of the price. Equally disappointing was the customer service. There was no effort to address the issue or take responsibility for the misleading presentation. This experience reflects poorly on both product integrity and customer care. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
