I ordered a bouquet as a surprise for my wife, based on the photos and descriptions shown on the website. The images clearly suggested a full arrangement with multiple flowers. What was delivered, however, was completely misleading—a single flower, and not even a real one, but artificial. Charging $62 for what is essentially one fake flower is unacceptable. For comparison, I could have gone to Target and purchased a far better arrangement for a fraction of the price. Equally disappointing was the customer service. There was no effort to address the issue or take responsibility for the misleading presentation. This experience reflects poorly on both product integrity and customer care. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
