everything about the store was perfectly fine and organized but omg this one staff named sophia is so rude holy. Yall gotta fire this girl she has such a bad attitude just because i asked her where a pair of pants were at. Other than that every other staff was so nice and helpful except her goodness 😭

The cashier was awesome !! She was patient and helped me find my size. Store was a little messy. The Offline brand was a much needed addition last year!!

Store seemed clean and put together but I was pretty disappointed by the staff. I came in there Sunday afternoon ready to buy a specific item. Walked in, didn’t get greeted. Not a huge deal…. Went to the back to look for a strapless, had a hard time finding them. Three associates walked by me as I was looking, none of them asked me if I needed help. Immediately walked out.

My wife and I arrived at 7:30 for a date night. They close at 8. We didn’t think it would take long to shop here. There were no customers but us. My wife found a few items and wanted to try them on. The girl at the counter looked at us funny. Nice and loud she said the fitting rooms are closed. My wife was like well how am I supposed to buy these undergarments without trying it on. The girl said “well we close the fitting rooms at 7:30 so sorry.” She wasn’t helpful. We did buy a couple items but she missed out on a fairly good purchase. Very unwelcoming place and I will not shop here again. The person who helped us also had an Apple AirPod in her ear. Who does this during a shift? My wife felt like she was a nuisance. Sorry to have bothered you all.
