Prices are little high and don't know why you can't exchange shoes if there still in same condition but other then that it's awesome place to shop have found some good items here and continue to check in at least couple times a month

I like shopping here especially with my friends. We can spend hours in here. The various range of clothes sizes is a plus and it’s like going thrifting but without the thrifting smell like at the goodwill. I also love how well organized it is.

Probably one of the better Plato Closets I've been too. Seems to give a better payout than others,( Fredericksburg gave me $1.25 per each pair of shorts they bought, Roanoke hardly buys anything/ not sure if they even go through the whole bin)
This store was well organized and staff was polite and friendly.
(When I returned b4 my items were done, the staff member dropped what she was doing & quickly processed my items. Much appreciated. Great service
