  I came here to find a pair of jeans and all around American Eagle has gone down hill. This used to be my go to store and now all they have is low rise jeans. I went in with my friend and we are both doctoral students and we asked two girls that worked there if they do student discounts. They weren’t sure so one went back to check with the manager. The employee came back laughing and said that the manager said that student discounts are only on Thursdays. Both of them were very confused by that and so am I. I find that really frustrating and in my opinion that makes absolutely no sense and the fact that the employees were even confused as to why it’s only Thursday speaks volumes.

  Don’t ship an order to this location for pick up! When I go in this store I am ignored by 2 or more employees…never greeted or acknowledged. Almost every order shipped to this location is “cancelled” after customer service tells me it’s at the location!

  I was shopping for jeans at this location. I was in the store for about 8 minutes. I even had a pair of jeans to try on. 3 females were on the floor. No one greeted me. I took note of it. However when 2 other couples came in they were immediately greeted. I walked past all 3 employees again to give them an opportunity to greet me. They still did not. I put the jeans back.When I called to politely ask who the manager was on duty Sam said Sara, Samantha and Abigail were all managers on the floor. I will never shop this location again.
