The technician was personable and polite but the installation took literally SIX HOURS and I was told I needed to stay there for the duration. Again, the technician seemed like a solid dude but I think you need more technicians or help or something. Literally SIX HOURS I had to sit there. I almost called the police to do a welfare check on myself. I missed an appointment that was for FOUR HOURS past my appointment time. That’s crazy.

When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
