- SSStikkzn4 days ago1.0This was by far one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything was disorganized and moved at an unbelievably slow pace. Even though I showed up on time, I ended up waiting much longer than I should have with no explanation or updates. It seemed like there was no concern for anyone’s schedule or time. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I had questions, and getting simple information felt like pulling teeth. Instead of making the process easy, they made it more stressful than it needed to be. Communication was poor, and I constantly felt like I was being left in the dark about what was going on. The appointment itself took far longer than expected, and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency. Watching employees move slowly while customers continued to wait was incredibly frustrating. When you’re required to have an ignition interlock device serviced, you expect the business to be organized and efficient, but that wasn’t the case here. Overall, I left disappointed with the entire experience. Better customer service, improved communication, and respecting customers’ time would make a huge difference. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose this location again and would recommend looking into other interlock providers before coming here.
