  The option for one hour delivery same day shows available online but once you get to the checkout process, it’s never available. EThe treats are yummy. The store front looks like it could use a good clean.

  Someone sent me a gift from this location. The delivery driver stood at my door but did not ring the doorbell. After a few seconds he started walking away. I opened the door as he was halfway to his car and he turned around and made the delivery. I found this odd. It was almost as if he was hoping no one answered. The only reason that I knew he was there was because the dog barked. Very weird.

  I tried twice to redeem a free dipped fruit cone with a gift code I got less than a week ago only to be told nothing more than 'we don't do that here' with no further explanation? How does that even work? isn't this a franchise? Clearly it's a situation where the employees present simply do not want to do it.

  * Health Advisory * * Do Not Order Arrangements From This Location * Upon picking up my Mother's Day Arrangements on 05/09/26 & looking at the Edible Arrangements at 6 Coliseum Drive Hampton VA, 23666 I received Molded Strawberries Dipped In Chocolate. I informed the staff of this , demanded a refund, and informed customers who were also present of this health related risk and urged them to check their fruit arrangements. Mind you this is the day before Mothers Day and despite the molded strawberries dipped in chocolate that I received they continued to give people their items and place new orders without even stopping buisness to ensure the quality of the product that they were providing to people. It was immensely disgusting because fortunately I was visibly able to see the mold on all the strawberries before I even attempted to eat anything but for the amount of money that people pay for these arrangements you would think that they would take great effort into ensuring quality & food safety measures are implemented but they really don't. If anyone has gotten sick following eating anything from this location I would urge you to report it. I have reported this at several highest levels at this point and I do intend to hold them fully accountable beyond just a refund for the arrangements. The manager Mike Patel was present and did not acknowledge the discrepancy or rectify the situation instead he fussed out the women cashiers in an foreign language, snatched the box , & waved them off while he slammed the door they go in and out of. They told me that my 16 year old daughter who brought me the arrangements would receive a refund to her account by the manager in 5-7 days but he's busy right now so write your order numbers on the card . If he is too busy to rectify and address a health related issue then managing should not be in his area of responsibility period. My whole edible arrangements for special occasions is absolutely not something I will be doing or encouraging others to do moving forward. And I rate this experience literally at a negative zero or as low as it could possibly be but a 1 star is too much of a stretch and absolutely not acceptable or accurate to give this establishment. The low ratings on Yelp and other platforms clearly show that there are issues worth investigating at this location.

  Every time i attend this edible arrangements, I am greeted with amazing customer service and fresh fruits. 5/5 do recommend!
